With MUCH diliberation it is with great regret we must concede to closing by George Tea Room, at this time.
Although we are still unclear with our future position--with God all things are possible....so we look forward to our future, and are not without thoughts of the
possibilities of opening another place at another time--or preparing a by George Cookbook [not going to be the name we use--undecided]. But we do look forward to serving our community in whatever way He leads. I pray we served you well and made a difference in your lives, even in this short time. At "...by George", we welcome our guests with joy and celebration, and strive to provide an atmosphere conducive for conversation.
Savory delights await a discerning palate. We offer a unique menu of soups, salads, quiche and daily specialties. Although providing a decadent dessert menu, we would like to also include healthy food choices, such as our daily lunch salad. We suggest our "High Tea Luncheon"--which affords clientele the opportunity to sample various bite-sized morsels and experience tasting the tea selections we now carry [prior reservations are required for this]. As we grow in our knowledge of tea our selection will expand, and as we enjoy variety our menu will continue to change. So keep checking our web-site as we update our teas and menus.
Look for the tab "What's On The Menu--" where you'll find the fluctuating list of inspired creations, changing with our last minute impulses and with the season.
Knowing you will love our unique teas we have made them available in our retail gift area so that you can brew it every day in the convenience of your own home.
As much as we love cooking and decadent foods at times--we also desire to educate and promote a healthy lifestyle for our clientele. So look for upcoming classes or workshops on the bountiful health benefits of these teas as well as other natural health alternatives, using diet & vitamin supplements, essential oils, and herbals.
